Get ready for an exhilarating visual experience as NDSM Fuse presents Beyond Borders, Bound by Colors.
The 3rd edition of the show is taking place between 18 Nov – 19 Dec 2023 in Amsterdam. It brings together a colourful group of European - Turkish artists from all parts of the continent, producing works in a wide range of media on dialogue, identity, culture and beyond.
The '23 Edition of the exhibition carries a special meaning as the artists embark on a journey to reflect on the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the Turkish Republic across the themes of progress, identity and harmony.
From thought - provoking new media to intricate brush strokes, each artwork tells a unique story, inviting you to engage with the rich tapestry of Turkish culture as the artists reflect on the ever-changing notion of self against the backdrop of the land. Eclectic voices come together, forming a self-reflective celebration of the past, a wise appreciation of the present, and a hopeful glimpse into a harmonious future.
Beyond Borders, Bound by Colors provides an opportunity to connect with the artists, experiencing the continent from their unique perspective while uncovering the hidden narratives found in the struggles, challenges and the unsung joys of the immigrant experience in Europe.
